Delivery & Returns Information

All orders recieved before 3pm will be sent for next day delivery to all UK mainland addresses. Any orders recieved outside of these times will be dispatched the next working day.

We will deliver to mainland Europe but please contact us at info@onlinefireproducts.co.uk for a quotation.

Deliveries will usually be made between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and deliveries can arrive at any time between these periods. Deliveries are not made at weekends or on Bank Holidays, expect by prior arrangement. If we are aware that there is a delay in the delivery of you order, we will inform you as soon as possible. All deliveries must be accepted and signed for by a representative of your company/organisation or somone at your home address if you are a domestic customer. 

Delivery Charges:

All orders under £10 + VAT =  £4.50 + VAT

Orders between £10 + VAT and £200 + VAT = £9.99 + VAT

Any orders over £200 + VAT = FREE

Note: we have no minimum order value.


Returning Goods

If you wish to return goods we will accept returns up to 7 working days after you have received the goods. 
The goods must be unused and in re-sellable condition or no refund will be issued. 
PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non-faulty or unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the customer. We can arrange a collection on your behalf but the cost will be deducted from you refund.

We will issue the refund (cost for products plus shipping charges charged with the initial order) once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.

Any used products will not be accepted for refund or exchange.


Damaged Goods

Please check for damages immediately before signing for the goods. If any damage is found, this must be noted on the couriers paperwork before signing for the goods. Otherwise the courier will not accept resonsibility and will not process any claims for damages meaning you might not be able to receive a replacement or refund from us. You can also refuse damaged goods without signing for these. Any transport damage found after the courier has left, is not covered and claims might not be processed. We reserve the right to remedy the situation by sending replacement parts if possible. If you return an item as "damaged" which is subsequently found not to be you will be liable for the delivery charges where applicable. All goods are checked and packaged for safe transit. We make every effort to deliver our goods in an undamaged condition.
